Explaining Jesus being physically with us in"that box", the Tabernacle, is a difficult challenge for most parents. Now parents and elementary religious education teachers have a book that makes it easy! Beginning with miracles marvelously illustrated and a short explanation on colorful text pages, this book draws the child--and the reader--into acceptance and deep belief and love of the Holy Eucharist and an understanding of how every Catholic Church's Tabernacle can contain Jesus in the form of Consecrated Bread. Some of the beautiful illustrations include a child or children with which the child can identify and there are blanks for them to fill in their name/s. Watching for the bunny makes the search for God's Greatest Miracle even more intriguing. Bible references are given for each miracle so it is easy for the reader to go for more details. God's Greatest Miracle is perfect for showing God's personal love for each one of us! This book is a great coffee table book for children!
It happened that a very sad man came to Cana to see Jesus. He said his little boy was dying. Jesus made the little boy in Capernaum well without even going to where he was lying. Can you see,____________, how much Jesus loves people? Jesus did many things to make people happy. He would just touch the eyes of someone who had never been able to see. Then they would see everything like you and I. Some people in their whole life had never heard anything. Jesus made their ears hear! Can you pick the right picture? Is one of these God's greatest Miracle?
Margaret Schuster-Grossman has raised nine children and is a grandmother to eighteen grandchildren (so far!). She knows the struggle of giving young children the right answers at the right time. In empathy with those parents and teachers anywhere in the world, she shares the answer to the question, “When we go to God’s House, where is He, why can't I see Jesus?" She has always had a spirit of adventure and at 18 went to New York City to work as a nanny there and in Switzerland. That spirit was passed on to her children, she taught them all French, and one year had 4 children at a time living and working in foreign countries. Her current interests are reading, family and friends, Bible study classes, humor, world news, politics, and studying French. She currently lives near Benson, Minnesota with her husband, Jim.
