The author is a retired Medical Educator, Physician and Surgeon and Board Certified in Neurological Surgery. Received his Medical Education from the University of Washington, Seattle, WA and the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill, NC and Neuroscience oriented study and training through a Guggenheim Fellowship served at the Anatomical Institute, University Oslo, Norway. He served on the Faculty and in various administrative post in the Medical Schools at the University of Washington, University of Florida and University of South Alabama from which he retired to Mukilteo, WA, USA.
