I have been weight training since I was about 12 off and on. It wasn't until about 3 years ago that I really started taking it seriously. I was always trying someone else's routines and hoping it would work for me. The military has a great muscular endurance program that we perform daily but that wasn't enough for me. I wanted to be active in the gym as well.
