Hazel Allen is a retired Registered Nurse living on Vancouver Island. She spent her career as a paediatric nurse in locations across Canada. Since her son Greg was born she and her family have endeavoured to advocate for kids with disabilities whenever they can. Hazel and her husband Mo have been foster parents for medically challenged children over the years. Hazel is Mom to Glen and Greg and Grandma to Veronika, Jonathan, Karolina and Kelsey.
