Pebbles of Sound is the fulfillment of the poet's countless-lifetime-search for the true meaning of life, the nature of Soul, our relationship with Spirit, the Light and Sound of God, as heard and seen by old Moses, that blinded St. Paul, but still seen and heard today by countless devotees, including the author. Karma and reincarnation, dreams and visions, the need for and place of the true Master, in the life of a sincere seeker of Truth. Who really is the true Master? The Godman! The Wayshower! And how to recognize him. The Spiritual Laws, the Spiritual Exercises and their proper applications to achieve desired results. The correct use of the imagination and much more. There are 252 poems in all, plus Foreword and Afterword. Written in a unique style of regular nine lines each, with corresponding nine metres and triplet rhyming, the poems fly on the high wavelength of the sacred number 9, and through countless voices of familiar and unfamiliar images, pelt the reader with painless pebbles of sounds of divinity, dazzle with the blinding light of spirit, to galvanize the truly adventurous soul, to dare beyond the dark veil and grasp truth and freedom like a brave eagle clutching a swift gazelle. Be warned, some of the poems may appear to insult, outrage, or demystify, but they uplift and inspire, nonetheless, because the poet speaks directly to soul, hardly to the rigid mind, and never to the brief body. In The Soul Unsettled, a wide range of human emotions are expressed in three major areas: life, politics and love. I chose life because we have become accustomed to only wanting to see its good side. However, life presents powerful gestalts of success, failure, yearning and accomplishment. Life is teeming with the diversity of joy and heartache. I try to capture in these verses a measure of the complexity of life. Yet, there is no understanding life without considering politics.

UNDER OUR SKY is book full of songs dedicated to soul searching for love. This collection of poems/lyrics was composed and refined over a twelve year period. Author Jeff McGivern (Jeffspace) invites the reader along in experiencing this "ultimate love quest" where his words are transformed into vivid, almost touchable emotion. "I want love experiences to flood the reader's mind," says McGivern, "and allow the refrains to trigger personal memories. I want the reader to find this work to be deeply personal and be able to relate to the love experiences that are common, familiar and recognizable by all.' UNDER OUR SKY seeks to eliminate, even if temporarily, the existence of the mundane cares and nuisances of everyday routine. Bringing the individual a "personal mantra" to be used when one wants to meditate on the concept of Love. Through the description of naturally occuring stimuli, starlight, music and the sun, McGivern explores Love as a universal human concept that crosses all racial, ethnic, cultural and language barriers. "I created my own space in writing this book. 12 years of care, experience and personal energies went into its writing. By accessing the endless reservoir of human love I have learned and want my readers to learn, to enjoy life to its fullest. Love is the elixir of a happy and productive life."

A River's Journey to the Sea is a compilation of poems expressing the poet's thoughts, feelings and experiences as she journeys through life. The beauty of these poems lies in their everyday themes and in their startling honesty. On these pages, this highly original poet gives voice to her own loves, hopes, sorrows and spirituality. Comments and feedback can be directed to ariversjourney@yahoo.com. A River's Journey to the Sea is a touching and moving compilation of minds and hearts.... I enjoyed reading the poems that constantly remind me of my own journey through light and darkness; happiness and sadness and through hope and despair- contrasts in life that we human beings are destined to taste each and everyone of them once or many times in our lifetimes. The good part of the book is that the more I read it the more I enjoy it. I strongly recommend it to everyone as all of us are to live through one or more of the experiences narrated in the book. Mussie Delelegn, Geneva, Switzerland A compelling and moving journey of the mind; This compilation of poems takes us through a journey of love and lust, despair and hope. A truly magnificent collection of poems. Sarah J. Greg from Miami, FL Inspiring-Surreal; You ever had such deep, strong feelings about something but didn't know how to express them or share them with that special one. You ever had such deep feelings, which made you think it was somehow bad to be feeling them? And then sometimes we go to places in our heads and think things that are so pure and just normal to feel. Jacqueline's poems feel like my own life, they touched me in a way that was so surreal. The author is definitely very gifted. Her poems have opened up a new path to new adventures of where the mind can go. We are free souls, let us fly and not fear! Well done Jacqueline, who would have ever thought feeling this way was humanely possible and so inspirational as well as uplifting. A reviewer from Toronto, Canada "An Innocence Stolen" was the most powerful piece I read. It is so horrific and truthful. I think a lot of people can relate to this and I like the end when God is questioned. I think when something bad like this happens in a person's life, we wonder, why me? It is painful to read, but a message like this needs to be heard. "Sunshine" gives people hope and it is light and fresh and is just a "feel good" piece. "A Celebration Of You" is about happiness and love to me. It is about being in love and the beauty of life that goes along with it. "If My Heart Could Speak" is also about love and happiness. It is short, sweet and to the point. "Lost Souls" is a powerful piece about the neglect, indifferent world we live in today. It is honest. "My Wall" is about that one force/person in your life that sticks by you no matter what. It could be God, Family or a loved one. "Misty Wind" is about hope for a better tomorrow and is illustrated so well in the word usage. I liked that it was a lot about nature and being lost, lonely and scared. People can relate to this. The reader will find in this anthology a diversity representative of the new Hispanic sensibility being formed in the three Americas. Spanish has become an extensively used language, crossing frontiers with workers that migrate through regions, helping to unite these beings separated by nationalities but who are brothers because of common feelings and the same cultural and linguistic heritage. The poetry in this book performs a reparative role, trying to come closer to another being, the spirit of creativity, and make it more a part of the poetic self. It does so through the magic of the lyrical word. Because the anthology is thematic, its poetic form is eclectic. The poets come from distinct poetic schools, employ different styles. Juana Arancibia writes verse that is reflective and unpretentious, a manner fostered by her regional roots and the poetry of Northwest Argentina for which she is a passionate spokesperson. Rubén Vela cultivates a stirring Poetry Americana that defends American values and is linked to the great movement initiated by Neruda in his Canto General. Ester de Izaguirre creates poetry that is intimate, colloquial and urban, idiomatic to the area of Rio de La Plata. José Cuervo associates more with Hispanic poetry written in North America, Chicano poetry, in which social meditation bears priority over the form of verse. Fitzgerald expresses great affection for nature, a common theme in the poetry of his country and enters into a transcendental poetic dialog with creation, cultivating impressive images of exquisite construction.
